Return Policy

At Prime Liquidation, we strive to ensure every customer receives accurate and clearly described pallets. Because we specialize in liquidation and wholesale merchandise, product conditions can vary, and all sales are generally final.

No General Returns

All pallets are sold as-is. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed or shipped.
Each pallet may contain a mix of working, untested, or shelf-pulled items. Buyers are responsible for reviewing pallet descriptions and photos before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a different pallet than what you ordered or if the shipment arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the shipment and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, our team will review the situation and may provide a suitable resolution such as a replacement or partial credit.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has left our warehouse, cancellations or returns cannot be processed.

Refund Policy

Because of the nature of liquidation inventory, Prime Liquidation does not provide cash refunds except under specific circumstances outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • You were shipped the wrong pallet by mistake.
  • The shipment was lost or never delivered due to a carrier or internal error.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order (or expected delivery date, in case of loss).

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Buyer’s change of mind or order errors
  • Pallet content dissatisfaction
  • Items that differ slightly from online descriptions (common in liquidation sales)
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Shipping Returns

At Prime Liquidation, we work hard to ensure every order is processed and delivered quickly and safely. All orders are shipped through trusted freight and logistics carriers, with tracking details provided once your pallet leaves our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Because our products are sold as liquidation and wholesale pallets, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are only accepted if you receive the wrong pallet or your order arrives severely damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so our team can review and resolve the issue.
